Had a pool equipment malfunction on the morning of a planned pool party, so I left a message, and Greg responded almost immediately. He sent out a repair tech within 2 hours, who was able to fix the problem and save the day! Other companies take weeks to schedule a service visit. The price was extremely reasonable, and the tech was able to answer several questions I had been saving up, which helped me to understand my system much better. Greg even followed it up with a phone call and helped me troubleshoot a separate issue I was having with our remote. Even though Yelp said that Greg responds to Yelp requests within 1 week, his response time is MUCH quicker if you just call him. It sounds like he does it all - routine maintenance service, troubleshooting, repairs, everything you might need. We will definitely be calling him the next time we need help.

Our pool was green. He came quickly and then rechecked after his initial treatment for the algae to make sure all was well. He was very reasonable, also. Much better than our advice from Leslie's or earlier pool people we've had.

I discovered this company via Yelp last summer, when the company which had maintained my pool for the better part of twenty years arbitrarily cut back on the number of pools they wished to service, giving a one week notice to myself and many others.


What began as a major inconvenience rapidly blossomed into a pleasure. Greg and his team are, hands down, the most professional, meticulous service providers I have ever experienced in pool and spa care.


Their work is exhaustive, with no detail overlooked. They are timely, respectful and remarkably well priced. My pool and spa have never come close to looking this good, and the "mystery repair bills" have come to an end.
